The PeliCan Vac is an attachment, designed and developed by Roy Gripske & Sons Pty Ltd, which transforms a conventional hand held leaf blower, into a high performance, heavy duty vacuum cleaning unit. Capable of being powered by any 1.0 HP light weight engine or electric motor, the PeliCan Vac delivers impressive suction performance, enabling it to safely lift and collect a wide range of materials, including heavy and larger waste and debris items, including bottles and cans weighing up to 0.5 lbs. / 250 gms. The heavy and large debris items collected by the PeliCan Vac, are securely held in a durable 36 litre capacity moulded catcher for subsequent disposal or recycling, without manual contact by the operator. Smaller and lighter materials collected, such as leaves, grass clippings and paper are collected in the small fabric bag. Careful attention to the ergonomic aspects of the PeliCan Vac design has produced the patented "Quick Couple" feature, which enables conversion between blower and vacuum modes to be made almost instantaneously. The unit is self standing, and also incorporates design features which provide effortless quick release removal and re-connection of the catcher, as required.
